Return Period: You have 14 days from the date you receive your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please note, returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
