Crime
Crime in Colorado is completely out of control. The state's violent crime rates have remained elevated for three years, following a steady upward trend that began in the early 2010s.
Crime has increased for several reasons, including the exceptionally high number of illegal immigrants, widespread drug use, an anti-police and pro-criminal culture promoted by political leaders, and weak leadership in the state legislature, judiciary, and executive branches. Criminals neither fear the police nor their victims.
The current government in Colorado has overlooked the excessively high crime rates. Republicans have the courage to pass common-sense legislation, hold criminals accountable, support victims' rights, and enforce the law equally for everyone. Republicans believe in law and order.
